Alternate Pin

To access a student’s unofficial advising transcript: open Internet Explore or Netscape (Note: it must be a newer version in order to work with CNU Live) and from the main CNU homepage select “CNU Live”. The following screen will appear:

Select “Login to CNU Live”. The following screen will appear:

Use your CNU user ID and Password to login. The following screen will appear:

Select “Faculty Services”. The following screen will appear:

Select the “Advisor Menu”. The following screen will appear:

Select “View Advisee List”. The following screen will appear:

NOTE:  The “Term” displayed will default to the current term.  If advising for registration for the next term, change it using the “Select a Term” drop-down list.

Verify the correct registration term is displayed, then click on “Submit”. The following screen will appear.  If the student has one assigned, the Alternate PIN will show in the fourth column.
